At Hairworld Istanbul, we leave nothing to chance. Not before, not during, but certainly not after your hair transplant treatment. At Hairworld Istanbul you are assured of personal and professional aftercare consisting of 4 facets.

Monitoring hair growth

Well before treatment, you will receive comprehensive documentation with the guidelines and a daily schedule for your hair transplant treatment.

Unique CTS aftercare program

With our self-developed CTS aftercare treatments you encourage healthy hair growth and structure. The recommendation is to undergo 3 CTS treatments in combination with PRP treatment in the first 8 months of your 12 month recovery. CTS is only performed in combination with the FUE CT hair transplant at Hairworld Istanbul and its subsidiary Hairworld Istanbul.

Stimulates hair growth and structure

CTS/PRP treatments

An essential and distinctive aspect of the FUE CT technique is CTS, or Circulation Treatment Stimulators. This is a unique, balanced formula of specific biological mineral and stimulants that are inserted into the scalp in the correct dosage after treatment and stimulate blood flow.

The CTS formula was developed by our medical research team based on a unique formula and is fully adapted to our technique. The active ingredients in CTS are produced exclusively for our clinic and subsidiaries and have an official European injectable certificate.

The aftercare process

Guidelines

Well before the treatment you will receive extensive documentation containing the guidelines for before and after the hair transplant treatment. So you know what to expect and what you can and cannot do. We will call you after the hair transplant to schedule the necessary check-up and aftercare appointments. The aftercare is performed in our clinic in Utrecht.

Washing package

You will receive an explanation from the hair transplant expert before and after the treatment. In addition, we will give you a wash package (including aftercare lotion and shampoo) and medication. After this, you can rest at home and follow our guideline.

First check-up

On the 1st day after treatment, the wounds and implanted grafts are checked by an expert. Also, the dressing applied to the back of your head after the procedure is removed after which the donor area is carefully disinfected.

First washing

3 days after the treatment, the first washing of the scalp takes place. For this you use the aftercare lotion and shampoo that you received on the day of treatment. For this, you will receive an instructional film from us to perform it correctly,

18th day control

An online check will take place on the 18th day after treatment. You will receive automatic notification of this. We perform the check-up based on a number of photos that you can easily submit to the specialist via our WhatsApp support line, after which you will receive feedback. In case of any particularities, you will be invited to the clinic.

1st CTS treatment

Between the 4th and 6th week after the procedure, the implanted hairs will break off and fall out. After this, the hair follicle will develop new hair follicles. This phase takes a lot of energy. If the scalp condition is not strong enough, the development of hair growth cannot go optimally. To survive this phase that the hair follicle can develop healthy hair follicles, the scalp is stimulated with the CTS treatment. During the first CTS treatment, the specialist will check the recovery of your scalp and donor area.

2nd CTS treatment

Between 3rd and 5th month after your hair transplant, the second CTS treatment takes place. From 4th month we see significant hair growth because most hair follicles pierce the scalp at the same time. The scalp condition is not always strong enough to feed all the existing and new hairs. At this stage we do 2nd CTS treatment. This treatment is enhanced with the PRP (plasma) treatment. In this plasma are growth factors and small stem cell platelets which in combination with CTS treatment help to repair the damaged tissues of the hair follicles. With this we survive the second important phase. In the 4th month we expect about 40% results. This may vary from client to client.

6th month check-up

In the 6th month after treatment, we perform another online check based on your photos. You will receive an automatic notification of this. In the 6th month about 50 to 70% results are expected. Most people are already satisfied with the results at the 6th month. This can also vary from client to client.

3rd CTS treatment

Between 6th and 8th month of your recovery, the third CTS + PRP treatment will take place. At this stage, structural improvement of hair will occur. The growth phase of the hair follicles is up to 12th month. Therefore, it is very important that the last CTS treatment should be applied before the growth phase is finished. The earlier the CTS + PRP treatments are performed, the better the effect will be. During this check-up, the development of the hairs and the recovery of the scalp are monitored.

12th month final check

After about 12 months, you will have reached the final result. Although we have reached the final result, the structural improvement of the hair follicles can continue until 18th month. In the 12th month after the treatment we carry out another online check based on the photos. Of course you can also ask any questions directly.

Ik ben uitermate tevreden over de haartransplantatie die ik heb ondergaan. De service was uitstekend en de begeleiding was ook optimaal. Er wordt een volledig schema opgesteld voor de gehele behandeling. Alle mogelijke vragen die je hebt, staan in de bijgeleverde documentatie. Bovendien zijn er contactpersonen beschikbaar voor eventuele vragen. De operatie viel eigenlijk best mee, al had ik wel last van de verdovingen in mijn hoofd. Hele goede service en werken super netjes

Het is nu een week geleden sinds ik de haartransplantatie bij Hairworld Istanbul heb ondergaan, mijn ervaring was erg goed. Ik werd vanaf de luchthaven opgehaald door een Nederlands sprekende begeleider. In het ziekenhuis word je direct weer opgevangen door een andere Nederlands sprekende begeleider waardoor alles erg soepel en duidelijk verloopt. De dag van de behandeling is het ontbijt geregeld en het vervoer naar het ziekenhuis wacht op je in de lobby van het hotel. Aangekomen in het ziekenhuis word je natuurlijk weer goed begeleid en vriendelijk te woord gestaan door de specialisten die je gaan behandelen. De behandeling neemt een dag in beslag, hierna volgt een uitleg over de nazorg. Terug in het hotel word het avond eten netjes op de kamer bezorgd zodat u geen kant op hoeft te gaan na een toch wel ingrijpende dag. De laatste dag word het verband verwijderd, de wonden gecontroleerd en schoongemaakt na nog een korte uitleg ga je naar de luchthaven om weer terug naar huis te gaan. Het is erg fijn om continu begeleiding in het ziekenhuis te hebben die elke stap met u doorneemt en onduidelijkheden wegneemt. Nu een week later zie je het stapje voor stapje herstellen en kan ik niet wachten op het eindresultaat. UPDATE: Nu een jaar later is het eindresultaat behaald en ben ik er heel blij mee. Ik heb nu weer een hoofd vol haar. Ik heb veel geduld moeten hebben om het volledige resultaat te kunnen gaan zien maar dit was het waard. Hairworld Istanbul heeft mij het volledige jaar ondersteund en mij geholpen met vragen als dit nodig was. De afspraken die staan voor de controles zijn ook erg fijn, vriendelijk personeel en zij kunnen advies geven waar nodig. De CTS behandelingen die je bij de controles laat uitvoeren zijn ook een goede boost voor je haar en volledig pijnloos. Ik ben blij dat ik voor Hairworld Istanbul heb gekozen en ik raad hun ook zeker aan voor de mensen die ook een volle bos haar willen.
